Initial Appointment

We first talk to you about your needs and any specific requests you may have. We also like to get to know the customer's personal preferences to make sure we can deliver something that suits your personality & living style.

Measurements

After our initial introduction, we will need the dimensions  and layout of the space (plans). This can either be done by a free consultation and survey visit to your property or you can always provide plans and dimensions to us yourself by following this guide

Design phase

Our favorite part. Starting from your ideas we will give you a few design options to review. We can always change anything you want as many times you need free of charge until you are completely satisfied with the design.

Order place and Delivery

When you're ready, we will place the order with our manufactures.  Once your furniture is ready we  will deliver them  straight to you while aligning the installers along if needed. 

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR ROOM

If you prefer to have an idea of a design and quotation before heading to our showroom, you can give us the measurements of your space and we will get back to you within 5 days.
STEP 1 : Take tape measure, pencil and paper

STEP 2: Measure all the walls of the space/ room where the kitchen or bedroom is going to be placed. Remember to write down every measurement you do.

STEP 3: Measure all the wall fixture like columns and point it out on your drawing.

STEP 4: Measure windows :
- Distance from nearest wall
- Width, heigh and off the floor height

STEP 5: Measure all doors entrance/exit of your room including archery

STEP 6: Identify the position of any boiler, utility meters and the like.

STEP 7: measure the ceiling height

STEP 8: Draw the shape of the room as you were seeing it from the top.

STEP 9: Mark all dimensions on the plan and the spaces occupied by windows, door, boiler and so on.

STEP 10: Take a picture with your phone and attach it to the quote form along with your details
